Great location, but needs a lot of work
This place is super close to all the fun stuff, which is a major plus. The check-in lady was really nice, but the rooms felt kinda grimy with broken shades and no hot water. The shower sounded like it was drilling all night.

The location is fantastic and beautiful, making it perfect for a quick getaway. the view is quite nice as well. the room is a good size and comes with a jacuzzi, which is a lovely bonus! 🛁.

Huge & clean hotel, good service, good location close to home for a quick getaway. Perfect property, brand-new rooms with bunk beds. The staff were really helpful and very helpful and assisted us with free parking. Early check in and late check out.

The room we stayed in was great, we could sleep 5 without being squished! The hotel has a jacuzzi and pool, great for relaxing after a busy day at the theme parks. Bit of a bummer, found an old chicken nugget under the sofa bed, they might wanna check under there more often. All in all, pretty solid spot! 👍

The room was spacious with a sofa bed and double bed, equipped with everything I needed, and it was conveniently located right next to Knott's Berry Farm. Spacious room, well-equipped, and great location.

We were upgraded to double room with overnight front desk on check in. The location offered was unbeatable and wonderful close to knotts Betty farm, many entertainment venues, and stores, restaurants and attractions...

great location but needs major cleanup
This place is super close to Knott's Berry Farm and Medieval Times, which is a major plus. The staff were really friendly. Cots and phones were in the rooms, but honestly, the cleanliness was awful. The spa looked nice with hot tub and sun loungers, but the rooms were a mess.

The pool area looks beautiful and clean. Renovations are happening, so the place is getting a facelift and some charm remains.
The elevator situation was frustrating.
